Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, adverse weather conditions, or emergencies, can arise. In such cases, we kindly request that you notify our office as soon as possible so that we can assist in rescheduling your appointment. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, for cancellations that do not fall under these circumstances, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment.
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. This policy helps us accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Clients who miss an appointment without prior notice, whether due to forgetfulness or any other reason, will be classified as a "no-show" and will incur a fee of $50. This fee must be settled before scheduling your next appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
